We closed our physical doors in 2020.
I want to acknowledge those yogis that continued their practice with inlight:

stuck with it, even though it was brand new.
You braved the elements & heat in outdoor yoga.

You kept together as a sangha, kept together our experiment
of community, volunteer yoga.

Class Descriptions:
Chair Yoga: Yoga in a chair for those unable to get onto the floor. Open to beginners & drop-ins.
Beginner’s Yoga: For those that are new to yoga or for those needing a review of the basics. Setting a foundation for a yoga practice.
Stretch & Unwind Class: One hour of stretches. Loosen up and relax. Open to drop-ins and beginners.
Intermediate Yoga 1: Poses adjusted to your body and expereince. Open to those having completed Beginning Yoga.
Intermediate Yoga 2: For challenge and deepening of the practice. Open to those having a home practice & having completed 1 year of Inlight Intermediate Yoga.
Pregnancy Yoga: For mothers-to-be, safe and healthy yoga. Preparing you for pregnancy & birthing. Currently teaching pregnant moms in the regular yoga classes.
Private Lessons:
Private Lessons Personalized for the individual. Indivdually designed class for the student’s interests and needs. Suggested as an initial class for those with specific health issues, surgery or injuries. Or, for advanced yoga work in a specific area of interest. Scheduled by appointment.
Yoga Therapy:
Yoga Therapy is a holistic branch of complementary medicine. Yoga Therapy looks not only at our state of health but the way in which lifestyle, routine, attitude, emotions, behavior, temperament, environment & diet, all affect our health. Yoga Therapy practices are based on the whole person, because of that, address our underlying causes of health issues. Yoga Therapy for health, happiness & balance.
